About the Living Light Essences

Living Light and Luminesce have been creating and providing gem and flower essences for individuals and practitioners around the world since 1996.

Our story begins in the foothills of the Himalayas, and as many stories often begin, something in one’s life triggers a need to take a different path…

...like the one in Robert Frost’s poem ‘The Road Not Taken’.

“…I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less travelled by,

Rachel was born in India and spent her childhood living 7000 ft up in the foothills of the Himalayas at an international boarding school. Those early years had a significant impact on her life. Her classmates came from many different countries, backgrounds and religions.

Bram Zaalberg
Bloesem Remedies

Bram Zaalberg, the creator of the Bloesem Remedies Netherland, is an extremely intuitive and sensitive flower essence practitioner, teacher, producer and distributor. An holistic practioner himself, Bram began working with flower essences in his practice in 1978. Using essences touched him in such a way that it became a passion; a ‘call from the soul’. Bram writes about essences,

“As soon as we start on working with flower essences, we are starting to change ourselves; this results in a change of the outer world. Changing yourself is changing the world, is changing our children, is changing our relationships, is changing our government, is changing nature.”

About the Spirit-in-Nature Essences

Lila Devi
Spirit-in-Nature

Lila Devi founded Spirit-in-Nature Essences over 40 years ago, a lineage that has spanned the globe since 1977 as the oldest line outside the UK where flower essences first began. Based on Paramhansa Yogananda’s psycho-spiritual qualities of certain foods, Spirit-in-Nature awakens our positive qualities through the extraordinary life force found in the blossoms of fruit trees and vegetable plants—for example pears for peacefulness, oranges for enthusiasm, and raspberries for kindness and compassion.

Lila’s international programs for groups from 4 to 400 bring to life these 20 flower essences that help people find their innate goodness, beauty, and strength.
