Shipping rates are calculated in the checkout process. You will be able to review and choose which ship standard best meets your needs at this stage, before your order is finalized.

Luminesce generally uses Canada Post for shipments.  We offer several different shipping standards depending upon your destination and urgency. These are Canada Posts delivery projections:

CANADA

Xpresspost: Next day to 2 business days  (provides tracking)

Expedited:   1-10 business days  (provides tracking)

USA

Xpresspost: 2-3 business days  (provides tracking)

Expedited Parcel: 4-7 business days  (provides tracking)

Small Packet Air* – 5-8 business days  (no tracking*)

* (Cheapest rate for parcels up to 1 kg/2.2 lbs)

INTERNATIONAL

Xpresspost – 4-7 business days  (provides tracking)

Parcel Air - 6-12 business days  (provides tracking)

Small Packet Air* – 6-12 business days  (no tracking*)

*We suggest that customers from the U.S. use the USA Small Package Air option if your order is 5 essences or less, unless you are in a big hurry.

*Please note that shipments using Small Packet Air do not have tracking numbers.  However, we will notify you ourselves when your shipment has been mailed.

Customers from Brazil should use INTL Xpresspost.  Please be aware that Brazilian customs often take several weeks to process packages.

We regret that we cannot fulfil orders from Japan due to an agreement with our Japanese distributor and the fact that Japanese customs and health regulations require that all essences have a specific amount of salt added to them. We only make these essences for our Japanese distributor. Japanese customers please contact Heart Support System Co. Ltd directly.
